Global Timer

The Global Timer interface component allows users to interact with a Session Timer module defined under workspace nodes.

Once this interface component is linked to a Session Timer, the user can interact with Ctrl Player.

The following style options can be defined:

  • Persistence of the Component between specific interfaces
  • Colour theme
  • Show border
  • Edge style
  • Text size
  • Label size

Settings

To link the Session Timer interface component to a Session Timer running within Ctrl, select it from the settings Module dropdown in your workspace.

A Session Timer module is required for this interface component to function, add a Session Timer module to the workspace if not using one already.

The Show Hours option defines if the Hours value should be shown within the timer (useful if you know you're only going to be working with minutes and seconds).

When enabled, the Show Active Sector Timer displays the active selectors as defined in the Session Timer module.

Interact with this component's appearance remotely with timers, external protocols or other remote logic, to lock it out, change the size, position appearance and more by creating a Process adding relevant Interface blocks in combination with Render Components.
