Solar Event

The Solar Event block uses the location as defined in Workspace Settings or allows a predefined location to be set.

This location is used to determine sunrise and sunset times based on the time and date of the operating system Ctrl Engine is running on.

The Solar Event block sends a High event value once the time criteria is met at this specific time daily.

Each Solar Event can be offset - ideal for triggering X minutes before sunset.

If connected to a Ctrl Engine incidence the Solar Event can be simulated by pressing the Trigger Event button.
