Side Bars provide a simple method to navigate between interfaces.

Side Bars should be positioned in multiple interfaces on identical pages to ensure the position is consistent between interfaces. To customise a Side Bar component, navigate to the Style tab.

Style​

Define the:

  • Persistence of the Component between specific interfaces
  • Colour Theme
  • Show / Hide Border
  • Edge Style

Select interfaces within the layout tab and define a name to display in the Side Bar.

  • Select the layout you have created, or use the pencil icon to create layouts.
  • Auto Scale each tab to span the size of the Side Bar component.
  • Select a fixed tab size when Auto scale is disabled.

Interact with this component's appearance remotely with timers, external protocols or other remote logic, to lock it out, change the size, position appearance and more by creating a Process adding relevant Interface blocks in combination with Render Components.
